RPT ( Registered Physiotherapist) MSc. PT (Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy) Pelvic Health Therapist

My fascination with the human body and desire to be able to understand how to improve the level of health performance led me to pursuing education in Physiotherapy.

Shortly after my graduation from University, I registered with College of Physiotherapist of Ontario and have successfully treated a variety of injuries including back and neck pain, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, and foot pain as well as acute and chronic sport injuries. I further continued upgrading my qualifications by becoming a Pelvic Floor Therapist and discovered the keen interest in treating people with Persistent Pain.

As a healthcare practitioner I believe in a patient centered approach and I encourage each patient to be actively involved in their rehabilitation process through goal setting, balancing muscle dysfunction and teaching self-management strategies for optimal recovery.

In my practice I combine manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, functional training, and individually tailored exercise program to restore and maximize client function.

Outside of the clinic, you can meet me running after my 3 children and enjoying outdoors activities!
